T8200PRO LF band / HF band [Resonance frequency inspection machine] Non-contact IC card NFC tag ID

Features

  • With this one unit, it is possible to inspect the LF band and HF band (inspection items: resonance frequency, attenuation, Q value, option: ID reading).
  • A directional coupler is built into the main body, and it is possible to inspect transmission characteristics or reflection characteristics.
  • The inspection result and inspection waveform are automatically saved in the log file.

* In addition to the standard type, there is also a contact input / output (DIO) equipped type.
* Inspection probe antenna [for card] and antenna [for tag] are sold separately.

Inspection principle

The inspection probe (antenna) and the inspection target (non-contact IC card, RFID tag) are magnetically coupled and frequency swept to inspect the transmission characteristics or reflection characteristics.

Application

* Can also be used for inspection of self-resonant frequencies other than RFID.
