T9300 Sensitivity Test [Inspection equipment for mass production]

Overview

  • This test is conducted during mass production inspection to verify the power level at which a tag responds by varying the power at a fixed frequency. The measurement is performed on test points where the communication scenario is set to "Sens." Each test point requires 5 ms, and the detected response points (dBm) are recorded in the log. The flow of the sensitivity test, from start to finish, is illustrated on the following pages. Please refer to them for details.

Feature

  • Easy setup with using just a mouse
  • Sensitivity testing can be conducted simultaneously with reading tests and pointing tests. *Test results must be viewed on a separate screen.
  • In RFID manufacturing, tag response power can be measured at high speed
  • Variations within user-defined threshold values in specified frequency bands can be easily visualized.
